Reliable Caregiver Needed For Teen (Full-Time Now, Fewer Hours Later)

Looking for a reliable caregiver for my teenage daughter who has epilepsy. She is independent, but needs morning supervision and someone comfortable responding appropriately if a seizure occurs (I will train you). Current need is close to full-time during my work hours; hours may lessen as the school year goes on and as her sleep/health improves. It is likely that we will continue to need care for the entire school year. Must be dependable, patient, and have reliable transportation.
