Nanny-Babysitter-Assistant In Hartland/Howell Area

Hi! I am a stay at home mom looking for an assistant and babysitter mostly during normal M-F business hours but also an occasional date night. I have a 4-month-old and a toddler. So really, I need two of me as my toddler is on the go-wanting to go on outings, walks, play outside, while my 4-month-old has different needs and is nursing. I could use help with keeping daily routines, light daily household tasks, home organization/systems, errands, household management and indoor/outdoor toddler activities that don't include screens. I am looking for someone flexible (as I do not need full time help), comfortable with me being around (as I often will be), while also competent in caring for both children while I'm at appointments or running errands. Ideal candidate is energetic, playful, organized, and has great communication skill.
