Hello, my husband and I are looking for a long-term nanny for full work days (8-9 hours) 3-5 days per week for our daughter born early October 2025. We live in Laurel/Scaggsville, MD, in Howard County. We need someone with their own vehicle and who is ok with a dog being in the house during working hours. (Our 40-pound adult dog is extremely well behaved and very friendly.) Vaccinated non-smoker preferred. Experience with infants (either your own or others') required. My own return to work date is flexible, so this job could begin anytime between December 2025 and February 2026, depending in part on nanny availability.
