Seeking Fulltime/Parttime Nanny In January 2026 For Infant In Howard County

My husband and I welcomed our first child (son) at the end of September 2025 and require childcare when I return to work in January 2026. The exact start date in January is flexible. We both work from home - my husband in the basement and me upstairs. About once a week, each of us go into the office. But I will not be returning to the office for a few months. Nanny duties will likely include feeding (coordinating with mom who breastfeeds/pumps), diaper changes, stimulating playtime, walks around the neighborhood, & baby's laundry. About our family... We are a Christian family. We married in September 2024 and welcomed our son in September 2025. We are fairly new residents to Howard County (but, my husband grew up here). As first time parents, we are obsessed with our sonshine & look forward to welcoming a long-term nanny into our home
