Seeking Special Needs Babysitter (CPI-trained) for Child with Autism Were looking for a reliable, calm, and experienced babysitter for our 5-year-old child with autism and behavioral needs. Experience in special education, ABA, or behavioral support is preferred. Our child may exhibit aggressive or self-injurious behavior, so training in safe restraint techniques (CPI, PCM, etc.) is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will: Have experience with children with autism Be CPI, PCM, or Safety-Care certified (or similar) Be able to de-escalate challenging behavior safely and compassionately Be CPR/First Aid certified Flexible hours. Excellent pay for the right person.
