Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Annapolis

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 2 children in Annapolis. Our daughter is in preschool a few hours a week. Our son is just starting to walk and always smiling. Both are usually good sleepers. The house is on a dead-end street that is at the end of another quiet street: great for walks. There is a designated a fenced kids play area near the house. In addition to our children, we do have a Labrador Retriever. Both of us work full-time, but the mother works from home. We are looking for someone long-term and there may be a possibility of international travel (if interested). As the need arises, we occasionally require flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, overnights, evenings, but there should be compensating time-off (ie you may have a Monday off, but work at Saturday instead). We do typically have advance notice.
