2-3 Day Nanny In Lincoln

A wonderful family in Lincoln, MA is seeking a Nanny 2-3 days per week to help support in the care of their 4 children, ages 5, 7, 9, and 12, starting as soon as they find the right fit. The schedule is Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. - 7pm, with an optional day on Wednesday (11am-7pm) if a Nanny is looking for more hours. The family will guarantee 16 or 24 hours, depending on the finalized schedule. They are hoping to find a long term fit! A great match for this role has a proactive, helpful, collaborative mindset and is excited to fold into the busyness of a large family! Someone calm and active who truly enjoys working with multiple children at different ages, diving into their interests, planning fun activities, and interacting and engaging with them, will thrive in this role. The nanny will be driving the children to after-school activities (with some added driving support!) and a car will be provided. The family has a 20-pound friendly dog. Compensation: $35/hour with paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
