We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children near downtown Indianapolis. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, who has their own car and who does not smoke. We are looking for someone who is patient and loving and who has an understanding on the different developmental needs of a child. We are also looking for someone to collaborate with us on the needs of the children. We have a fenced in backyard and love for our kids to play outside or walk to the nearby park. We use gentle parenting skills and value helping the kids learn independence. We have some flexibility on the schedule too. We will work with the potential nanny to find a schedule that works for all of us.
