Long-Term Nanny Position Starting Middle July/Early August

We are looking for someone to watch our 2. 5-year-old daughter K and our son who will 3 months. K loves to play with stickers, play dough, books and loves anything outside or water. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking her places like the museum, library and music class. TV time is very limited, most days there is none. We are looking for a long-term engagement with someone who will teach and nurture our kids. We value flexibility, dependability, happy attitude, curiosity and kindness. We live in Broad Ripple and have a cat. As of right now the schedule is usually Mon-Thurs 9am-4 p.m. and Friday 9am-1 p.m. Friday could change to 9-4 later in the fall. We need someone who has flexibility as start times and end times could change depending on our work schedule.
