I am a foster parent and will have an infant or toddler starting in the fall. Nanny will need to be comfortable with having a background check done by DCS. I'd love to work with someone who is comfortable with possible special needs, and open to caring using Montessori methods with a focus on early childhood mental health. I have a career in early childhood mental health and development so having an empathetic and secure caregiver is very important to me. I have 2 small Yorkies, they are both very sweet and love attention.
