Part Time, Flexible Nanny

About the job

We are looking for a Part Time Flexible Nanny for our 19-month-old son. We are both in healthcare and we are in need of a reliable long term nanny. -Needs begin in December -Shifts would vary weekly, schedule would be made 6 weeks in advance. Hours would be 7a-5p. Needs would be 0-2. 5 days per week. Coverage days would include some Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays. Guarantee 140hours over a 6 week period. (For example, this week we could need a full day of care Monday and Tuesday with a half day Wednesday. Next week we could only need a full day Wednesday and Thursday, etc.) -No Fridays, weekend or major holiday coverage needed. Typically one full week off every 6 weeks. -Located in Carmel -Paid biweekly through a payroll agency with tax compliance
