Nanny Needed

Hello! We are looking for a highly flexible, great with kids and reliable caregiver who is going to help care for our 2 children especially for our 5 years old son who has special needs and requires assistance 24/7. The ideal person will start as soon as November for recurring nanny position. We live in Carmel, IN and we are highly flexible on hours and work days. The ideal caregiver will not be a student, will own their own car and will be comfortable with early morning shifts as well. The ideal situation would be Mondays through Friday: 4 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (while kids are in school) These hours may be longer when the kids are out of school and occasionally on weekends.
