Part-Time Nanny Needed for 3 Kids (Tues–Thurs, 25 hrs/week) – Starting December / Full Schedule in January Location: Naperville Pay: $25/hour + Paid Time Off We’re looking for a caring, reliable part-time nanny to join our household long-term. We have three children — a newborn, a 2. 5-year-old, and a 4. 5-year-old. Our two older kids attend morning preschool nearby (about a mile away), and our nanny will handle pickup. My husband drops off in the morning. A reliable car and valid driver’s license are required. Schedule • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (full days – 25 hours/week) • Start date: • December: 1 day per week as mom eases back into work • January 6: Full regular schedule (Tues–Thurs, 25 hrs/week) • We guarantee 25 paid hours per week when the full schedule begins. Compensation & Benefits • $25/hour • Guaranteed 25 hours/week (if we cancel care, you’re still paid) • Paid Time Off: • 1 week PTO chosen by us (minimum, will likely be more than this, especially around holidays) • 1 week PTO chosen by you after 6 months with our family • Additional unpaid time off available with advance notice About Us We value outdoor play, creativity, and engagement over screen time (screens are reserved for special occasions or sick days). We’d love someone who enjoys getting down on the kids’ level — planning simple crafts, playroom obstacle courses, nature walks, backyard scavenger hunts, etc. We hope to find someone who feels like part of the family and helps our household run smoothly. Daily responsibilities include: • Engaging with and caring for the children • Preschool pickup for the older two • Cleaning up after meals, bottles, and playtime • Occasional care for mildly sick children (within reason) No formal household chores or pet care are required, but we do have two friendly medium-sized dogs — comfort with dogs is a must (letting them out in the fenced yard once a day would be helpful).
