We have a 2. 5-year-old daughter and twin 3-month-old sons. I am returning to work January 2026 and am looking for someone to assist my mom with the 3 children. My mom has been full time nanny to my 3 children. She is delightful to be around and has years of experience working with young children, as well as degree in early childhood education. My mom and I find success with one caregiver assisting with the toddler while the other caregiver assists with the babies. Both caregivers are equally comfortable helping toddler and babies so swaps can be made comfortably. I will need help 3-4 days a week and will typically need help 6am-1 p.m. We have a well behaved miniature dachshund so we want someone who is comfortable around dogs.
