We are looking for someone to help us with our 15-month-old son. We just recently transitioned from having a full time live in nanny . For our family , Faith is crucial. We are believers and followers of Jesus Christ . Education is very important so being able to engage and teach our son is huge . Respect is important and so is professionalism. Our son loves to read books , dance to music , count and learn new things . He loves all toys and is very active. He needs help with physical development, encouragement to walk , and learning new things Experience with childcare with learning a must . We need someone with a loving personality, high tolerance for children , patience , who is kind and respectful. We would also like them to be very disciplined with time and structure. It's important do what task is asked in that manner as much as possible. Very strong communication, and professional is required, but so is enjoying the opportunity! Understanding child safety vital . We have a 4 yr old silver Labrador retriever. He's very kind, not aggressive. Very loveable and chill
