About the job

Parent work Monday-Friday while children are in daycare. One parent may travel work and will only be home weekends. Hoping for a Saturday night sitter for date nights. Both children are foster youth. One has been with us since they were a baby, the other is new to our home and has adjusted very well. They get along best when an adult engages with them. We utilize a sticker reward when they are helpful, share are kind and behave exceptionally. We pull cards when we do something naughty and utilize time-outs when appropriate (hitting, kicking, fighting, etc).
