Nanny In Need For A 3 Year Old

We are looking for a qualified and nurturing nanny to join our family. We have a spunky 3-year-old. Her favorite things are: Spider-Man, large sticks, books(!!), making potions, drawing, and caring for her friends. She is currently in preschool 3 days a week in Healdsburg and will plan to be in school 5 days a week in the fall. We need someone who is empathetic, has a creative spirit, intuitive, enjoys cooking balanced, delicious meals, and is ready for an adventure. We would ideally do a trial period over the summer to make sure we both think it's a good fit. Our schedule will be loosely date nights, picks up and drops off from summer camp, and even day dates with the entire family. And then a much more fixed schedule come fall. Pay will be given for hours scheduled that may not be used. Thanks,
