I'm looking for a great nanny for out 5-month-old son. The things that matter to us in a nanny are excellent experience and references, careful and safety conscious, attention fully focused on our little one, respectful and a positive role model, speaks and reads to the child to develop their language skills, has the stamina and strength to carry our little one, clear communicator in writing and verbally, willingness to help around the house while our little one is taking a nap, calm demeanor, CPR certified. Some meal prep and light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
