Weekend "Mother's Helper"

About the job

My husband and I are looking for what I've heard described as a "mother's helper." Basically, we want a third one of us to help with childcare and housekeeping. We have a 2. 5-year-old and an almost 5-year-old. On some days we will need help with childcare, other days may be mostly cleaning. The childcare responsibilities include: playing with our kids, meal prep and feeding, putting the toddler down for naps, potentially bathing, and potty supervision for the toddler. The housekeeping responsibilities include: laundry wash + fold + put away, cleaning the kitchen, putting away toys, light cleaning of the bath in preparation for bath time, and general tidying.
