We're a warm, active family with two daughters (7 and 5) who love creative play, outdoor adventures, and anything that makes them laugh. We're looking for someone who can help the girls with their before- and after-school routines, drive to and from activities, and help with simple, healthy meals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure but also loves engaging with kids in fun, imaginative ways. (Split) Schedule 7:30 a.m. -8:45 a.m. (help get girls ready for school) 2:30pm-6:30 p.m. (pickups, activities, dinner prep, play) Optional: Occasional evenings or extra hours during school breaks Can guarantee 25-30 hours per week to make scheduling predictable.
