We are a welcoming family in search of a part-time nanny to care for our three children starting in the new year. About Our Children: Our oldest daughter is fun loving has special needs. Our middle child is a curious and independent toddler. Our youngest is a sweet7-month-old baby. What We're Looking For: - Experience caring for children with special needs is strongly preferred. - Comfort and confidence managing the needs of multiple children across different developmental stages. - A proactive approach to childcare--someone who anticipates needs and plans engaging activities. - Dependability and consistency are essential. - Alignment with Christian values is a plus. - Light housekeeping related to the children (e. g., tidying play areas, wiping down table after feeding).
