32-Hour/Week Nanny Needed In Bonsall (Starting February 1, 2026)

We're looking for a reliable nanny to care for our baby (who will be 5 months old in February) at our home in Bonsall, CA. The position is 32 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. to 1:30pm; Friday 7 a.m. to 1pm) with guaranteed pay and paid time off. Pay: $2, 800/month guaranteed. Pay is over the table, with taxes withheld. Benefits: 4 weeks of paid vacation days, scheduled at my discretion and aligned with my work schedule, plus 13 paid holidays. Any additional time off will be unpaid and should be discussed as far in advance as possible. I work from home and we have two friendly dogs.
