About the job
Seeking a caring, and reliable caregiver for our teen daughter with Autism. She is verbal and can be engaging but needs support and guidance with routines, daily activities, and behavioral regulation. Looking for someone who has positive and engaging energy. Must have experience working with individuals with Autism. Responsibilities include: • Assisting with daily routines and community-based outings • Providing supervision, positive engagement, and calming strategies & support during dysregulation • Driving to activities (mileage reimbursed) and providing direct care during activities. • Some meal prep / light cleaning. Flex Schedule: Weekday afternoons, 20+hrs/wk some weekends + other opportunities for additional hrs available Pay is through payroll agency + mileage reimbursement. Pay: $28-30 based on experience.
