Weekly Sitter For Toddler in Phoenix

We're looking for a replacement for current babysitter who is moving away in June. We need someone approximately 3 hours a day, 2-3 days a week. The occasional weekend date night availability would be ideal. We have a 1-year-old and 7-year-old and 14-year-old. The two older children are mostly self sufficient and will be at school besides during breaks. This person would need to be comfortable with watching young toddler, helping out around the house with things like dishes, tidying up, sweeping, and some laundry. Our toddler needs help with meals, diaper changes, someone to explore with and play toys with. We have two dogs. One is a larger cattle dog who is very sweet and can be overly friendly but adjusts to new people well. We have another dog that is a small yorkie and she is also very friendly and likes everyone.
