Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Phoenix

About the job

I am a nurse and work 3 days a week 12 hour shifts. Those days can vary and I will only need a caregiver if it lands on a weekday. My husband works from home M-F and will be home all day.. Must be comfortable with pets, we do have an older Australian shepherd he's friendly and minds his own business throughout the day. Someone who encourages her and helps her reach all her milestones. My husband speaks Spanish/English and we would like our daughter to learn Spanish as well. We will be implementing baby led weaning and will need a caregiver who knows CPR/Basic life support and is comfortable with baby led weaning. We are looking for an in home sitter/nanny. We would prefer someone that is older and has had experiences with infants. You will have to come to my home.
