Expecting! Help Needed With Our Sweet And Spirited 2 Year Old Older Brother

We are expecting our baby boy in late May/early June and are looking for an extra set of eyes and hands to help out with our toddler, who turned 2 in April. We have our parents/in laws coming to town for the month of June and staying at a rental, initially it would really be helping out with our toddler when they want to either take him swimming, the museum, library, etc. we need someone that we can fully trust and rely on to keep up with our toddler and ensure that when we're not there, things are kept consistent in terms of safety measures, what he's eating, the language that's being used with him, redirection, etc. We don't have a set schedule, I would most likely be providing a schedule on a week by week basis. We are definitely open to setting minimum hours / week. Patience, compassion, energy.
