Flexible, Part-Time Nanny For 1 Year Old Boy

Our baby boy will be turning 1 at the end of April and that's when I will be returning to work. I am a flight attendant and my schedule varies each month, whereas my husband works M-F, 8-5, works from home M-Tues, and in the office the rest of the week. We are looking for a flexible, part-time nanny that is able to come to our home and look after our baby while I'm away for work to help my husband during the day. I am home most of the month but will be away for work roughly 10-12 days, however, those days are not consecutive and it would not be the same days each month. We would love to find someone that has a lot of flexibility and is willing to coordinate each month the days that are needed for our family.
