Jen was pleasant, cheerful and eager to work, but NOT able to work in a pet environment. Apparently highly allergic to cat hair and dander. She has lots of energy, but is a bit disorganized. There were brief but many family interruptions. I made an error in payment, but after many attempts to contact her, she wouldn't respond and never came to get the money.
