I have a 2-story, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with NO carpet (one room has a rug, the rest of the home is laminate flooring (including closets and stairs) or tile (bathrooms). There are four bedrooms upstairs (guest, my son's when he comes in weekends, an office, and a game room) and the master bedroom is downstairs. All bedrooms have a walk-in closet (of sorts). A roomba does run the downstairs on a frequent basis. The two dogs come in the main part of the home on occasion, but have their own dog bedroom that leads to the backyard. I am looking to have someone come and do at least a monthly cleaning (top and bottom floor). A dusting of surfaces, wiping of counters, cleaning of bathrooms, vacuuming, and mopping are what's most desired. The home is kept in a generally clean condition otherwise, including changing or air filters.
