Child Care Provider Looking for Full-Time Work Starting Late Spring/Summer
I am a very responsible 26-year-old with 10+ years' child care experience. I am CPR/FA/AED certified by Red Cross including infant/toddler CPR and I renew these certifications once a year. I have also taken training courses for babysitting/tutoring online and I use Red Cross consent and interview forms. I will be completing my BFA in Fine Arts this fall at Kent State University and I am currently not taking classes. I babysit/nanny to support myself because it's the one job I enjoy. It makes me happy to know that I am helping people so they can go to work with the peace of mind that their children are having fun and staying safe. My mother was a nanny for the children in my neighborhood growing up and that is when I started wanting to help take care of children. I have a lot of experience with infant childcare from family, volunteer day care, and side babysitting jobs. I have no problem cooking, feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and taking care of children when they are sick. I love to play, sing songs, read, and run. I have no problem driving to activities such as libraries for story time, museums, open gym, or any other enriching activities already planned. I have four years of college level sign language and would be more than happy to teach sign to your children. I am also a house sitter and pet sitter for people when they go on vacations. I have no other jobs or commitments and would be able to put in extra evenings for date night or whenever you need extra help. I am planning to stay around the Akron/Cleveland area for the next couple of years so I can commit to being around for awhile. I have a safe reliable car, very responsible, very tidy, and non-smoker. My minimum is 15 per hour. Thanks, Krista R.
