Busy executive mom seeks wing-man
*Bill-pay: includes 5 homes, many credit cards/accounts, medical bills that require reconciliation/action
*Payroll: nannies, home health & household help
*Expense tracking/tax prep for home business
+/- Schedule wrangler coordinating multiple schedules for work, kids, medical appointments.
+/-Admin assistant: document and file management.
Must be honest, organized, ambitious, and self-directed; excellent attention to detail. Discretion, judgment, reliability and responsiveness important. Tech savvy: skill with Quicken and Excel a must. Experience with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Apple, Dropbox, and scanning apps etc. a huge plus. Personal finance/budgeting app experience (e. g. Mint) also a plus.
Needed immediately. 15-40 hours/week depending on scope/interest/fit.
