These meetings are scheduled at the family 's convenience -- even during evenings or on weekends. Based upon your needs and preferences, Griswold Home Care will make every effort to refer an experienced and compatible caregiver within 24 hours of the Needs Assessment.

You are entitled to an unlimited number of referrals. If for any reason, you are not happy with your caregiver, we will provide a replacement. And if you are happy, but your caregiver needs time off, we can provide substitutes quickly and at no additional charge. If hourly services are no longer sufficient, Griswold 's 24/7 Live-In Program can refer an affordable caregiver around the clock.

Once services are established, the Griswold staff routinely makes calls and home visits to monitor satisfaction and to check for any changes in well-being. On-call Care Coordinators are available 24/7 to address any concerns. Working with Griswold Home Care means you are backed by a company with professional liability insurance, along with coverage against caregiver theft.
