About 5 hours of the day is driving, 2-3 hours watching one kid, and 2 hours between 930-1130 to do housework and run your own errands if you need to. We have a cleaning service every 2 weeks we just need help keeping things picked up. We have a 2018 Subaru forester for you to use to drive the kids and a debit card for gas and activities. I run a small rental. It's 3bd, 1ba with a living room, kitchen and laundry room about 1, 000 sqft. The schedule is very flexible and occasionally needs cleaned on the weekends (depending on when the guests checkout). Checkout is 10 a.m. and a new guest could arrive at 4 p.m. the same day. Cleaning needs to be thorough, no hair left behind and squeaky clean for the next guests. This includes fresh sheets on all the beds, fresh towels, clean dishes put away, surfaces wiped, previous laundry washed folded and put away, floors swept/mopped/vacuumed. Soaps topped off, toilet paper restocked, Paper towels/dish tabs restocked, bathroom surfaces sterilized etc. It's a lot I know, but it's very important to keep my cleaning ratings up for bookings. Hello, my husband and I are looking for a nanny for our daughter starting in September. She is three and will need to be taken to and picked up from preschool three days a week. I am a nurse working a rotating schedule and my husband travels for work so the hours and times will vary slightly depending on if he is home or not. Here is an example schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:45-4:30 Week 2: Thursday, Friday from 5:45-4:30 Because of this schedule we do need someone who has availability Monday through Friday. We do not need care of the weekends or past 5 p.m. on the week days. Hours will range from 20-35/week. Preschool drop off/pick up will be Tuesday-Thursday from 8-11 and we would not require you to be "on the clock" between drop off and pick up if you did not want to be.
