I'm looking for hands-on care to help my mother who is 79, because my 82-year-old father is tired and needs support.

My husband and I have two children under 4 and are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible sitter to help us with our morning and evening routines. Our schedules often conflict with our kid's pick-up and drop-off. Also, our regular caregiver for our littlest is only free 4 days a week, so we hope to find someone to work 1 full day a week caring for our 16-month-old and our 4yr old son when he gets out of preschool. Duties include helping to get the kids ready in the morning, pickups and drop-offs of the children, caring for both children until we return home from work, and light tidying of the home (mainly kid's toys, dishwasher and/or laundry). Hours would be approx. 8am10 a.m. & 3pm5 p.m. Mon-Fri, as well as 1 full day a week 8am5pm (either Mon or Fri). We know you may not be free both am & pm hrs or only certain days so can adjust as needed.

We're a happy and high energy family with two (even higher) energy toddlers. We live full time in SF but will be in Santa Rosa a few weeks over the summer and are looking for someone fun, kind, and reliable to care for the kiddos while we're there. Change bed sheets as needed, do laundry as needed, light clean up in bathroom or senior room. Mom (91 years old) needs to remind her to brush her teeth, wash face, give her breakfast along with Dad and give her medication On good sunny days, assist them with walking outside. Accompany seniors during family outing as necessary Dad has Alzheimer but mostly pleasant. He sleeps a lot Mom has slight dementia (forgetfulness) but mostly alert They both like to be treated gently. About the care needs: Patient, understanding, flexible, Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

H is a 3. 5 yr old rescue. Loves people, easy to care for. She has a doggy door to a pen, so is self sufficient. She gets two 20-30 minute walks a day. Can be left alone 3-4 hours at a time. We would prefer someone be here most of the day and stay overnight.
