Two partial days will be solo care while other days we will need a helping hand while either my husband or I are home. The schedule will vary week to week depending on our work schedules, as we both work in healthcare. We typically know our schedules at least 4-6 weeks in advance. We have a sweet and very adorable 9-month-old son (who will be 1-year-old when the twins arrive) currently. Our son loves to chase the cat and use us as his personal jungle gym. We are looking for a caregiver that has ability and willingness to care for three young children at one time. We have one cat that can be shy at first but is friendly once he gets used to you. My 4-year-old boy is a Dino loving, VERY energetic, too smart, always hungry, lover boy. He loves to involve others in his activities and enjoys attention. He is very imaginative and creative and sometimes catches on to things quicker than we think. He is somewhat self sufficient for a 4-year-old but still needs help and reminders with usual things like meals, potty breaks and bedtime routine. I work at night so it would be afternoon into late night for the most part.
