We need a nanny for our 2 years old boy. we have one big dog (10 years old) but she is very friendly. We are looking for one that can comes every day from Monday to Friday from 10AM-4 p.m.

We are new parents seeking a full-time (35-40 hours/week) babysitter for our 4-month-old daughter. Mom works from home, and Dad works mostly on-campus.

We just moved into a house and the basement is kind of a mess. It's mostly finished, but there are concrete walls and old tile in half of it. The finished half is mostly fine, would maybe just like it vacuumed and the walls cleaned. On the side with concrete walls and old tile: There is junk (like old paint cans, old closet doors, odds and ends) that I would like to remove, and also it looks like the walls and floored haven't been cleaned in a while, lots of dust and dirt on the ground. I can provide pictures if helpful. We are having the old washer removed this weekend so I'd love to have someone come clean on Monday, anytime works for me. Additionally we have a small dog that is very sweet but yappy. I would keep her upstairs though, so she won't be in your way. We have a driveway, and parking on the street is also allowed.
