Looking for child care after maternity leave is finished.

We need a babysitter for our 2 children in Oak Ridge. And we're looking now! Please be comfortable with pets. We are looking for in-home care. Responsibilities would include starting the day at 7:00 a.m. (when my husband and I leave for work), dropping off kids at their schools at 8:15am; pick up from school at 3:30 and hanging out until I return from work (around 4:30). Wednesdays are early release days that would require earlier pick up at 1:30 p.m. We will would have paid holiday school breaks( 1 week for Fall, Winter and Spring break). We would also offer a summer retainer pay. We would love to find someone who maybe attends classes during the day and is looking for some part time work at the beginning and end of the day. I'd love to talk and set up a plan that works for everyone.
