I have played in several groups around town and on national tours, including Sharks in the Deep End, the Wild Now, and the Naked Maja. Formal Education: I am a mostly self taught, guitarist/bass guitarist with the exception of receiving private training from Van Wilks for about a year. Performing Experience: In the last several years I've played all around the country. Pianos (NYC), Euphoria Fest (Austin, with the Naked Maja), the Roxy (LA), Threadgills, Antones, Saxon Pub, Rattle Inn, House of Blues San Diego, White Oak Music Hall (Houston), Empire Control Room, the Parish, various private events and weddings just to name a few. Experience Teaching: My experience teaching began in high school as a section leader in the marching band at Lake Travis High School and continued through my early 20s/adult years as I gave private lessons to friends and family.
