See Savannah by land and water on a guided city trolley tour followed by a sightseeing river cruise. After meeting your guide at Savannah’s Visitor Center, hop into the trolley to begin your tour through the city. Following your trolley tour of historic Savannah, embark on a sightseeing cruise down the Savannah River. During the cruise, experience the river that was – and remains – the lifeblood of Savannah. This is Savannah's only walking tour that covers Savannah's lengthy medical history from plagues that almost destroyed the fledgling colony, to a pandemic a century later that seemingly passed over the city's enslaved population, to the foundation of a soft drink giant. Given by a working Registered Nurse the tour attempts to be an inclusive look at the contributions the city's multi-ethnic population made to medicine and the city's survival. You will receive an incredible experience to see Georgia's historic "First City" and her thriving port from the water's unique perspective. Decked out in traditional red, white and blue these towering riverboats are a staple along Savannah's historic riverfront.   Enjoy a mouth-watering buffet with Southern Fried Chicken, Honey Glazed Spiral Ham, Savannah Shrimp & Grits, Ham & Broccoli Quiche, assorted breakfast entrees, salad, desserts and More! Enjoy all of your breakfast and lunch favorites while being entertained by the captain’s narration along the way. The Savannah River Queen and Georgia Queen provide breathtaking views of Savannah from a comfortable climate controlled dining room. The Georgia Queen holds up to 1,000 passengers; the Savannah River Queen holds up to 600 passengers.  Expect to cruise with at least a couple of hundred other people.  Swap your voucher for a boarding pass at the ticket office prior to boarding.  Boarding begins 60 minutes prior to cruise.

Your day begins with a walking tour of Bonaventure Cemetery to learn about the lives of notable inhabitants like Academy Award-winning songwriter Johnny Mercer, Georgia’s first governor Edward Telfair, philanthropist Mary Telfair, as well as the tragic tales of poet Conrad Aiken and Gracie Watson. The Cemetery walking tour meanders under moss draped oaks and along the bluff of the Wilmington River. Bonaventure Cemetery, dating back to 1846, is one of the most beautiful cemeteries. Following the cemetery tour, you will have lunch on your own at one of our favorite local restaurants. After lunch, your visit to Wormsloe includes a breathtaking drive down the famous live oak tree lined drive. You will take a short walk to see the Plantation Tabby Ruins that date to the 18th Century and visit the museum of the Georgia State Park Historic Site. Finally, a stop is scheduled at the Famous Savannah Byrd Cookie Company headquarters for shopping and tastings of Byrd’s Famous Cookies.

The street is named after Colonel William Bull, an early settler and surveyor who assisted in designing the original layout of Savannah, known as the Oglethorpe Plan.
