Activites, Camps and After School Classes in Folly Beach, SC

Get on board as we explore the creeks and marshes behind Folly beach while we search for the wild Atlantic bottlenose dolphins that live here year-round. Your experienced captain shares their knowledge about this beautiful ecosystem, the local history, and our famous dolphins while always operating the vessel in a way that is safe and respectful of the resident wildlife.

This 2-hour introductory paddle on the Edge of America will get you into the basics of SUP, all in the calm flatwater of the Folly River. All safaris begin with "ground school" or SUP instructions with your Lifeguard Certified Instructors. We'll explore alongside the numerous beautiful native birds and bottlenose dolphins. We'll go with the flow, following the tides and wind direction for a great beginning paddle. At low tide we visit a private beach and go for a swim! Group photo is taken at the end of the tour, which will be posted on our social media pages. Level: Beginners to Advanced.  Ages 8 and Up

I am a native of Charleston and a self-educated naturalist who loves sharing knowledge with others! During our excursion, I will guide you to the best spots for finding fossils and other unique treasures. Not only will I help you in your search, but I will also contribute my finds to the group so everyone can add to their collections.

We are the original stand up paddle boarding company and have a brick and mortar shop! Stop in and use our bathroom, pick up water, and get your route on our map. We specialize in large groups and extended rentals, as well as offer tours three times a day, seven days a week.
