Cheer and tumbling Skills 360 is the ultimate crash course designed just for you! This class is beginner-friendly, high-energy, and focuses on making you fearless on the floor. We turn learning the basics into a super-charged, unforgettable training session, covering the three key ingredients of an amazing cheerleader: Tumbling Time: We start simple and safe! You'll master your foundational moves— and building the power needed for future flips! No pressure, just progress. Flight School: Ever wanted to fly? This is where you learn the secrets of safe stunting! We teach every role base, back spot, and flyer and focus on the teamwork and trust needed to make those first lifts stable and fun. Jumps & Sass: Learn how to hit those jumps and motions with sharp, confident style. We train you to be proud and perfectly synchronized, so you look like a pro every time! The Vibe Our fast-paced circuits and positive coaches ensure you are always moving, always learning, and always having a blast. We celebrate every success and turn every little stumble into a hi-five. We will work on a cheer routine as we build skills each week! (skills not limited to cartwheels, round offs, aerials, walk overs, hand springs, stunting and much much more!) This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. Join the movement today! No classes 1/19 and 2/16 and 3/23 Make-Up Policy: Up to two make-ups per session. Make-ups may be scheduled in any class with availability.

We’ll teach basic fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and then assist and supervise as our campers compete in an organized and safe setting!! The house will be rocking with music playing throughout the day and a level of energy that will only be outdone by the amount of FUN being had!! Best of all, the unpredictable weather will never be a factor because we have an awesome indoor space, covered in state-of-the-art field turf!!

Rising Stars This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. In a fun, energetic, and social environment, our Rising Stars will develop new skills and friendships, making this a class they’ll eagerly look forward to every week. Join the movement today!
