We worked with David Walworth, an MIT educated Naval Architect and Principal Engineer known for his high-efficiency catamaran designs, to build the perfect boat for our trips from scratch. Our amazing crew are closely trained by our Honest Eco Biologists. Crew training starts on land with research and mission alignment before moving onto the water where we hone our seamanship skills and work to become as effective as possible at delivering on our Purpose. Danger Charters is the only tour operator in Key West offering sailing excursions on a historic schooner into the remote backcountry of the National Wildlife Refuge. Our Captain’s Choice Dolphin Watch Sunset Sail is the ultimate VIP sailing experience! Limited to an intimate number of passengers, this 2.5 hour sail is more like a private cruise than a group tour and is one of the top things to do in Key West. Our afternoon dolphin watch is limited to an intimate number of passengers to optimize your views! Enjoy sailing aboard a 60' catamaran to the dolphin playground to view wild dolphins play and frolic in their natural habitat. Atlantic bottlenose dolphins are the most common dolphins found around Key West. Enjoy an up-close view of dolphin pods as they swin and jump around the boat.

Rise and Reef Key West Snorkel Trip on The 65 foot custom built Sandie Cat. Your 3 hour snorkel trip will start with a Light Breakfast and sail to the Key West living reef where you will see coral and tropical fish. All snorkeling equipment is provided and if you need help our professional crew will give you instruction on how to snorkel. After your snorkel we have fresh water showers so you can rise off. You will enjoy a sail back to the dock and enjoy Free Beer, soft Drinks and water as you enjoy your ride on our big open decks.

You will begin this 1 hour and 30 minute guided tour by meeting your tour guide, (who will be wearing a neon green shirt) at Margaritaville. Musician Jimmy Buffett arrived in Key West 50 years ago in 1971. This walking tour will take you to the locations around Old Key West that inspired his songs, where he played his first gig, some of his favorite watering holes, places he ate, bars he played in, and his recording studio.
