The Middleton Place tour is an all-inclusive tour experience of one of Charleston's most beloved historic sites. Earning a Ph.D. in history meant spending thousands of hours reading and researching primary sources in the South Carolina archives. I use the knowledge that I have obtained from that hard work and pass it off to you on the tour. My family has been in the Carolinas since 1735 and came to the Charleston area in 1786 to preach abolition of slavery. This city is my home and I love to welcome people into it.
