I am a graduate from the Drum Program at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California, where I studied contemporary performance, learning jazz, blues, funk, hip-hop, rock, Latin, and much more. I have founded and played drums in successful bands like EDM DJ-Drummer duo, Shell Shock, which shared the stage with renowned bands like Alien Ant Farm and Crazy Town. I have played on professional gigs for event entertainment companies, like Wayne Foster. I have performed in night clubs like Parq Night Club in San Diego DJIng and playing drums, as well as playing with the club DJ! I have led worship services in church playing drums. His drum practice is rooted in body awareness and focus. Drew taught me a few patterns that he played along with me, he even wrote them out for me so i can practice at home. We went over note values and did some repetitions on both sides leading up to playing an essential rock groove at the end. I played the groove correctly a few times! It was really rewarding.
