With 20 years of music performance experience from early childhood, weekly drumming performances from the age of 10 onwards with local bands and churches, through college choral societies and performing groups, as well as experience teaching from high-school onwards, Matthew has cultivated and refined a raw passion for musical language into a desire to enrich and inspire the hearts and minds of his students. Matthew achieved his BA in Musical Arts '18 at Johnson University Florida under the instruction of Ruth Reyes, and continues his education with interests in educational psychology, advanced applied music theory, and music philosophy.
