My playing ability encompasses a wide range of techniques and styles from things as technical as sweeping arpeggios, to the simplicity of acoustic chordal playing. I do my best to be as open minded and versatile as possible. If you are interested in a technique not in my reservoir, I will be eager to learn more about it and come back to you prepared to teach it. I look forward to working with you! Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology Private Education: -I took basic guitar classes during early teenage years for about 5 years. -I later proceeded to self-teach for an additional 5 before studying it formally in Florida International University. Performing Experience: -Ihave been in a few small bands and played shows at Rocket Town, Dolphin Mall, Tobacco Road, and other venues. I have also performed a number of classical guitar concerts with the FIU guitar ensemble. Experience Teaching: I have been teaching students of a variety of backgrounds and ages in a variety of styles (jazz, blues, rock, metal, pop, classical, etc.). I also specialize in theory and songwriting, composing exercises and etudes for my students periodically.
