He later on went on to Odyssey Percussion Theater in 2009/2010. In 2011 Corey marched Music City Mystique where he won his first World Championship. In 2012 he aged out in The Concord Blue Devils where he also won his second World Championship along with the Sanford High Percussion Award. That season Corey placed 9th in IE with a score of 92.00. He has also performed with "Niner Noise", The Warriors "After Shock" drum line, and is currently performing with the Atlanta falcons drum line for his 6th consecutive season. Along with his successful marching career, he has also began to pursue his career in acting. So far Corey has been in films such as, "The Originals" , "Vampire Diaries" , ''DrumLine 2" , and is currently working on "The Walking Dead." He is also managing a corporate drum line through Spirit of Atlanta. So far they have performed for the Microsoft Convergence 2014 and have recently shot a commercial for Regions Bank. Corey has taught at various High Schools such as Chapel hill high School, South Cobb High School, Wheeler High School, Hillgrove High School, and North Gate High School in the Georgia area. He has also taught at Benicia High School in Vallejo, California. Corey is currently teaching at Hillgrove High School and Atlanta CV Drum and Bugle Corps.
