My name is Jonathan and I am a graduate student at Northern Ilinois University. My main instrument is the saxophone, but I also double on flute and clarinet. I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in classical saxophone performance. While there, I was able to play with numerous groups and was lucky enough to travel and play my saxophone. Some of the travels I have seen are, Baltimore, Maryland, Memphis, Tennessee, and Chicago, Illinois, where I played at Buddy Guy's esteemed club, "Legends." In addition to the travels, I have been featured with my undergraduate wind ensemble. I was able to tour the Midwest as their featured soloist. I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach and get to know you through the wonderful experience of music.
