Music has provided me with the opportunity to tour the country with several groups and I am in love with music and the opportunities it has given me and continues to provide. By teaching, I hope that I can share my knowledge to help others to reach their goals and unlock their potential as a musician. Formal Education: Bachelors Degree in Music Performance from Bob Cole Conservatory of Music Private Education: Studied with Gabriel Sears, John Van Houten, John Noreyko Performing Experience: I have been a member of several blues/jazz/funk/pop groups, including Deja Blues, The Infinity Jazz Quartet, and Milestones. I have performed at venues such as the Parade of Roses, Disneyland, BB Kings Club, ASU, CSULB, Sonoma State and private weddings. I have performed with Marcia Ball, Killer Rae, and Moni Simeonov. I have also played tuba and trombone with Long Beach’s Orchestra and wind symphony, along with performing with Southern California Brass Consortium. Experience Teaching: 5 years teaching kids ages 10-19 in trombone, tuba, and bass guitar at beginner-advanced levels.
