Julien gained performance experience in the classical and pop genres by playing at great venues such as Studio 578 in Orlando and Aces Lounge in Bradenton. His teaching experience goes back 3 years when I became an adjunct music theory and piano teacher at Booker High, followed by becoming a percussion instructor for the Booker High School Whirlwind Brigade. Though Julien can teach many different genres of music, his favorites are jazz, classical, and ethnic music which have had great influence on his style of playing. Julien loves music because it helps people relax and loves teaching music because he loves seeing people attain their goals.
